Belgian Fundraiser Brings Together Comedy, Generosity and Lasting Impact
On March 27, 2026, our Belgian partners DAB and C9 organized a wonderful fundraising evening in support of Speechless Reconciliation and Blijdorp.
The event welcomed around 200 participants for an evening full of stand-up comedy, good wine, delicious food and warm encounters. The atmosphere was energetic, generous and truly inspiring — a perfect example of how people can come together to support meaningful projects.
One of the highlights of the evening was the auction, which included several amazing items. Among them were a racing bike from Thomas De Gendt, a signed FC Barcelona shirt with signatures from all players, a signed RSC Anderlecht shirt also signed by the full team, unique artworks and many other valuable pieces.
During this evening we launched our new SR merchandise, the items we brought to the event we sold in minutes. So, we decided to develop way more of these items (follow us and you’ll know more soon).
Thanks to the enthusiasm and generosity of everyone present, the event raised the fantastic amount of more then €7,500. This profit will be divided between Speechless Reconciliation and Blijdorp.
For Speechless Reconciliation, this support means much more than financial help. It gives us extra strength to continue guiding, mentoring and creating opportunities for youngsters who did not always receive the support and chances they deserve.
