I founded Speechless Reconciliation from one simple belief: every young person deserves the same chances in life.

Not every youngster is born into a situation where support, guidance, networks and opportunities are naturally available. Many have talents, skills and potential, but lack the connections that can help them move forward.

Throughout my professional life, I have been fortunate to build a strong business network across the world. With Speechless Reconciliation, I want to use that network to open doors not only for my own 2 sons, but also for young people who did not have the same starting point.

I am also proud that one of my sons, Jens, is an active part of this project.

For me, this organization is about more than charity. It is about creating access, confidence, trust, opportunity and hope, and helping youngsters believe that their background does not have to define their future.
